If you've submitted an application, please check your email. We always return the documents needed for further recruitment, such as the questionnaire (required to create a candidate/employee profile) and the GDPR consent (required to process personal data in accordance with law). If the email isn't in your main folder, please also check your SPAM folder, as email administrators can sometimes place our emails there. If your qualifications and German language skills match the position you applied for, our staff will contact you with all the necessary information.

Do I need to know German to go to work?

Yes, at least one person in the team must have at least a communicative command of German. When submitting your application to a foreign employer, we also provide your phone number. Employers often call candidates, so it's important to be able to communicate with them by phone. There are also supervisors on the job site who can only communicate in German, so all instructions must be understandable.

Do I need to have my own car to work?

Many employers welcome candidates with their own cars. Jobs are often located several to a dozen or so kilometers from accommodation. An employee with a car is then in a more comfortable position, as they are assured of getting to work on time.

Under what conditions will I be employed?

The contract can be signed directly at our office or it will be sent to your email address – in this case you are required to print the contract yourself and return the signatures to us.
